What I liked

My daughter was admitted 4 times last year when she was only one. The staff were fantastic and reassured myself and my husband whilst giving our daughter the best care possible. A nurse in A&E actually stayed late after her shift finished to help us. The children's ward was also exceptional, the nurses often offered to watch the children on the ward to allow the parents a rest. All the staff are professional and treat patients with care.

What could be improved

Nothing, everything was top notch!

Anything else?

As well as the A&E and childrens' ward, the out-patients department was outstanding. We're so grateful for the manner in which we've been dealt with at time when we were very distressed and upset. Hopefully we won't need to return but its good to know if need be, the service will be of the highest standard.
