About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I’ve found the service a great help. Its allowing me to focus on relaxing and not dwell on the negatives.

I felt that I may benefit from follow ups to keep the skills fresh in my mind, should these be offered I will gladly take it up.
