"gynaecology outpatients"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

I checked in with 2 nurses on the unit and I saw my notes were on the table. After waiting over an hour I asked how much longer it would be. Apparently I wasn't on the list and they lost my notes, which were there when I arrived. I was left until last and had to see a different doctor. My notes didn't materialise. The hospital sent me a letter for my appointment so I don't understand why they didn't have me on the list. Total chaos, people were sent in whenever, no point in having timed appointments. This is the third time in a row that this has happened to me. Left until last with disappearing notes. It's no wonder that I am still in lots of pain and struggling with every day life, looking after my young child and going to work. Stoke Mandeville couldn't care less. I didn't see my consultant and I have no hope of getting fixed by this shambles of a hospital.
