Earlier this year i left 2 damning reviews regarding my experience with the admin side of kgh which was appalling.
However,just as i was about to have my hernia op done private i was contacted by the brilliant matron of surgery (apologies if thats wrong) who got things moving very quickly.
On the 12th october i had my op at the new treatment centre day surgery unit.
Nothing could have been done better, the staff are lovely and very focused,this is a very well run dept. My op my op went well and is healing nicely. So i would like to say a big thank you to the matron and all the team at the treatment centre.
