We were so nervous before my partner's appointment when arrived at the clinic. The consultant and team made the whole operation very easy for us. They were cheerful and pleasant but equally caring and considerate. This was the first time we felt personally well-cared for in a hospital setting. The staff's smiling face and sincere care got stuck with us. They answered all questions with patience and respect. We were consulted fully at every stage. We were treated fairly but in a way somehow made us feel special and valued.
