"Awful and upsetting recent experience at this..."

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Attended a consultation with the consultant who is treating my wife. It was an awful and upsetting experience. We had been waiting a month for this appointment. The consultant was cold, uncaring and showed no emotion at all in the consultation. They then blamed us for having unnecessary high expectations. The consultant then said we were panicking unnecessarily as they casually gave us news on what could happen if further exploration was made. They have hampered my wife's recovery and set us back a month. The consultant and their secretary did not cooperate at all in releasing the scans so we could go private. The arrogance of them both beggars belief. An awful awful experience.
