About: Whiston Hospital

My 3 year old boy has struggled for so long throughout the night with his breathing due to obstruction. I want to thank the appointments clerk. I called upset and distressed after yet another bad night. My son was on a waiting list, the clerk did no more called me back with a date of 30.9.15. I can't thank them enough and my son is a different little boy after operation can't thank or fault any of the team that looked after us on the day on the ward. But it was the clerk who spoke to me with dignity and respect. I work for the NHS myself and feel this comment needs to be passed on: Alfie says a big thank you and all his family do too.x
