I had my appointment yesterday scheduled for 3:20pm was told the Registrar was running over an hour behind. I was waiting over an hour which I wouldn't have normally minded but I had childcare commitments and the staff was very co-operate with regards to re-scheduling the appointment if needed. When finally getting to see the Registrar, I felt like I was fobbed off - I was in the room literally 10 minutes when all the other appointments were 30 minutes long. They didn't seem to want to listen to the symptoms I had been having and diagnosed me with something totally wrong and what they had already ruled out! They were quite rude in the way they spoke to me. I had been quite anxious about the appointment before hand and they really upset me talking to me like I was a child it was very degrading! I have arranged to speak to my GP to get a second opinion as the Registrar clearly just wanted me out of that room and was quick enough to discharge me! Very unprofessional by a qualified member of staff who is meant to know their field!!
"Unprofessional and disappointed!!"
