Dear Leanne – we’re glad you found our staff friendly and helpful when you were in the University Hospital of Hartlepool recently. However we’re sorry if you were disappointed by the food. We do listen to patient’s comments and constantly try to improve the food we serve. We’re also sorry if you had a long wait for your appointment. There may have been a reason why your appointment was delayed but we should have explained this to you. Thank you for pointing this out to us. It will help us improve things for future patients.
