The hospital itself is great, have had my initial surgery assessment and aside from being a little delayed (which is to be expected of a healthcare provider servicing a large population) actually getting in touch with anyone in the oral surgery department has been a nightmare.
I've tried to call the reception desk over 30 times over the space of 3 days and it hasn't been answered. I've tried going through the main switchboard but I'm assuming that they just keep putting me through to the same number. Quite frustrating as I need to rearrange an appointment.
