"urology dept does not inform patients when appt..."

my husband has been twice for appt at urology both times he walked out due to appt running late when he was told he would be first appt nobody came out and said if they were running late he suffers with lupus so did not feel very well anyway i think that lack of care is not very visible and so i have informed his doctor off this

Thank you for letting us know of your husband's experience at the urology clinic. I am sorry that we did not communicate with him better and that he was not seen.
