What I liked

the staff were very friendly and understanding as i have a big phobia of injections and don't reallly like attending the hospital yet i have found attending Darlington Memorial quite enjoyable.

What could be improved

I know that nothing can be done about the waiting time but, a few more facilities for waiting patients enjoyments? the waiting area B is brilliant though, plenty of books to read and a little tuck shop type thing. but A&E could do with a few more books and the vending machine to be fixed apart from that it's really good.

Anything else?

just want to say thankyou to all people who work at Darlington Mermorial anfd thank you for all the hard work, it really shows.
