I visited the Endoscopy Department at Scarborough Hospital on Saturday 17th October and I was very impressed at the standard of patient care .,
The staff were brilliant at making me feel at ease.
They looked after me superbly.
They were efficient but extremely caring.
The department was very clean.
It is a very busy unit and the staff were working very hard to tend to patient's needs.
Congratulations - brilliant!!
