"Great medical staff, secretaries would benefit..."

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I was appalled by the attitude of the secretaries/ receptionists of this department. They were unhelpful, apathetic at best and denied access to medical care contrary to the instructions of a consultant in the department. They let down an otherwise brilliant team.

Thank you for giving us your feedback on the service you received from the Dermatology Administrative department. Whilst reassured about the quality of care you received by the clinicians we are disappointed that the service you experienced from the support staff was not of the same high standard.

Please be assured that we will feedback your comments to the staff concerned and highlight the importance of delivering a high standard of care and service to all of our patients, at all times. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to ur attention, and providing the opportunity to bring about necessary improvements.
