"Emergency eye check"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

On Tuesday 13th October, I bought my son to the eye department for an emergency appointment after he had got pencil sharpenings in his eye.

Unfortunately he had been very sick in the taxi on the way to the hospital and we both arrived in a sorry state!

All of the staff: receptionist, nurses, support workers, doctors and pharmacist dispensers could not have been more caring, kind and patient.

They looked after us so well and were so understanding.

They removed the object from my sons eye and reassured us the whole time.

Thank you so much for you professionalism and kindness - you are all amazing!
