"Friendly, understanding & professional staff"

About: Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital

My son has autism with sensory issues and a major phobia of needles. He needed some significant dental surgery, and a local anaesthetic was not really an option. The staff here were very understanding and did everything possible to accommodate us. Communication was excellent throughout, and we felt involved and listened-to in all decision-making. Really could not fault anything at all. Huge thanks to the whole team!
