"A complete mess!"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

Too long a story to write a proper review, so a synopsis- fast-tracked 16 months ago, still have not seen a consistent consultant. Appointments are all over the place, I have lost two due to Eastbourne's complete incompetence.

I have been lied to, treated very badly,humiliated.

I have another appointment next week with my 6th consultant lets hope he is the right person this time and does not just palm me off to someone else. I would like to say that this next consultant according to my last consultants secretary does not work here - so i'm losing faith.

We are concerned to hear about your poor experience of Gynaecology services and overall appointments organisation at Eastbourne DGH.

As a Trust, we are committed to providing high quality care, however we recognise that this is not what you describe in your own personal experience.

We are keen to look into your concerns in more detail, and to enable us to do this, we would like an opportunity to have further discussions with you.
