About: Watford General Hospital

After visiting Children's A & E with my child I was convinced by the senior nurse that an appointment was made for us to the see the Specialist. After waiting for a month and getting nothing in the post about an appointment , I called them and the staff told me about making an appointment for my child and that I should be patient.

After a further two weeks I decided to call the specialist department myself, only to discover that no appointment had been made. All the while my child's situation kept getting worse!

I am very disappointed that staff would fob people off get patient's off their back with no regard to patients' health. Stay away from the hospital if you can afford to.
