Sent for x ray by GP a fracture was found and I was then escorted to the minor injuries unit, where I waited less than an hour to be seen, was examined and had a sling fitted, after being shown my x rays and being fully involved in the decision. a follow up appointment was also made.
Very helpful friendly and caring staff throughout.
