"Grandfather Recieved Amazing Care on Ince Ward"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

My grandfather, Ted was recently admitted onto the Ince Ward at Wigan Infirmary. He received amazing care from compassionate and dedicated staff. In his final days before he passed away the staff couldn't have done any more for him and the family. I would like to thank the staff and the hospital and hope that this message gets passed onto those working on the ward. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to post such a kind message in respect of your late Grandfather’s treatment and care on Ince Ward, particularly at what I am sure is a difficult time for you and your family.

I will pass your posting to the Head of Nursing and the Clinical Director within the Division of Medicine so they can share with the staff on the ward. May I also take this opportunity to extend our sincere condolences to you and your family at this sad time.
