"Excellent service"

I would like to express how impressed with the service you provided for my son on 14/10/15, from the Doctors who were excellent and caring through to the reception manager on the pre assessment ward and staff on the pre assess, we went to ENT appointment was seen straight away,taken to pre assessment unit and operation was booked for today 15/10/15, operation went well and son home, would like to thank all of them very much.
