Was referred by my GP at Fleet Medical Centre for an x-ray - I expected to have to wait quite a while as this was just a drop in for an x-ray and nothing booked.
I waited no more than 5 mins.
The radiographer greeted me at the door and walked me into the x-ray suite.
They were polite, courteous and very professional, they treated me like a person not just like a faceless number.
They are a credit to the NHS, I just wish there were more like them - maybe the radiographers at Frimley could learn from them.
Please pass on my thanks to them and also to the managers, they should be recognised for this member of staffs outstanding customer care.
