"Waste of time"

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

6 months worth of 'treatment' & only getting worse, never any information about follow up appointments, always have to phone for them to be made myself. Staff are just walking around doing nothing, a couple of decent doctors the rest don't know much, one nice receptionist, the other is rude & just constantly miserable. Nursing assistants on the same money as all the rest if not more are just stood around talking when others in different areas are rushed off their feet. The sooner the NHS goes private the better
