I would like to comment on how grateful I am for the excellent treatment my daughter received during a recent stay on the adolescent ward T12 for elective surgery.
She was treated with complete respect at all times and each step of the procedure was explained clearly to her.
The theatre staff were fantastic at making us feel at ease and everyone on T12 went out of their way to make her stay as comfortable as possible .
I have have had many experiences of hospitals myself but have rarely experienced such a well organised and positive team of professionals.
