"Positives, not negatives"

This review is from an out-patient point of view. I would like to put on record that my husband and I, my parents and my brother have received a very good service from the out-patient service. We have never had to wait long for appointments (including investigations, scans and xrays) and all staff from reception to consultant have been extremly professional and reassuring. My brother and father have been transferred from Wales as waiting list there so long! One always hears the negatives and I wanted to out on record the positives. Thank you Hereford County.

Fortunately we have not exoerienced in-patient care .

There is only space to list one department but all of us have recently attended cardiology, dermatology, xray and eye departments.
