"Our super hospital"

i was referred in January to have my varicose veins assessed for surgery. The staff were friendly and helpful as well as being professional.i was seen on time and the doctor had the equipment there and used the ultra sound there .

Due to various difficulties on my part I had to change my appointment several times .the staff accommodated me with no problems.. It was fantastic

The procedure went well and I was definitely nursed and monitored .

The follow up was smooth. In fact as I left the hospital I was handed two letters with the information for dressing changes and follow up appointment with the doctor.

The staff create a calm and reassuring atmosphere.and you couldn't have better treatment.

Would that all NHS hospitals worked to this standard.
