What I liked

Nothing. I took my friend to a & e at bishop as thought would be quicker than going to darlington. How wrong i was. He had come off his motor bike at speed and was complaining of sickness etc which wasn't surprising as there was a massive dent in the helmet took it with us to show impact. We arrived and checked in explaining what had happened and how he felt sick. Was told to sit down and wait to be seen, he started to get drowsy and in need of vomiting so asked for assistance as was becoming concerned - staff did nothing so went up to reception to get a bowl - receptionist was rude and did nothing to help or advice. we waited over 4 hours, no initial assesment in that time. finally seen where after making my friend move his neck etc did they finally strap him to the bed then proceeded to disappeer - then x ray , not informed or reassured at all . after x-ray told fine and advised to give him calpol. Now even i know that is for kids. And we are talking about a 27yr old man, never again!!!!!
