"Very dissapointing service"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

the time scale for the appointments is excessive. The fact that I had to chase the hospital to get an urgent appointment sorted out from the Dr who referred me was disappointing. Then that appointment was cancelled and a second one scheduled. The Dr's doing the laser don't seam to understand travel time to and from the hospital. This service isn't provided locally, and you cannot drive yourself even if you had a licence and vehicle to do so.
