"Day Surgery Outpatients"

I attended the outpatients day surgery dept this Monday morning for shoulder arthroscopy.

The level of care from the first minute to leaving was nothing short of outstanding.

All the staff were extremely attentive and caring. Nurses , Doctors, anaesthetists etc all taking time to keep me informed of proceedings and to explain the steps to be taken. The Nurses could not be more caring, treating the patients on the ward with utter respect and attending to all our needs.

I felt totally relaxed throughout my stay and highly recommend the department and staff.
