"Staff lost my contact details poor admin and care"

About: Watford General Hospital

I will be writing a formal complaint but in short, the care my father received on Sarratt Ward was dreadful.

The staff "couldn't find" my mobile number to call me in when he was dying despite having called me on it two days previously.

A lack of respect and dignity from staff during my father's last days/hours. Finding out from a relative of my father's partner (not wife or next of kin) that he had passed away. Many systematic errors in my father's treatment, staff not communicating with his family/next of kin about his treatment or even communicating with each other.
