"Good emergency service & care after op,..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

After an emergency on Saturday i was taken toA&E. received good service (waited a while, but appreciate more urgent cases come in). was discharged on monday after surgery on sunday (service up to surgery was good, care in hops was good).

Doc didn't come and discharge me, that was delegated out, so only assuming op went well.

Have tried calling hospital numerous times for follow up and have either been forwarded (without conversation or completing my request), have ended up being just disconnected (by an operator) several times, have been disconnected by machine several times, and got stuck in an automated cycle several times.

Had surgery on right arm, so typing to try and get this sorted is not ideal.
