About: Arrowe Park Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was a short term patient at Accident & Emergency and afterwards in the Observation Ward. Everything I needed at alls time was attended to. I was cared for by lovely people that wanted me to get well again. I was treated with dignity and care.

Anything else?

Special praise must be made for all staff that make the A&E department function, the Paramedics that got me there, they helped me ralax and got me there safely. The lovely Doctor that cared for me on arrival administering pain relief. In observation the staff Nurse that ran a tight ship, he encouraged me to walk. The Physio that ensured I was safe to climb the stairs. The list goes on and I can only apologies that I cannot mention them all.

I do hope that you have recovered following your recent visit to the Accident and Emergency Department. Thank you so much for taking the time to post your story, it is always lovely to receive positive feedback. I have passed your comments and thanks onto the A&E staff.
