"I can now perform tasks without puffing"

About: Mansfield & Ashfield / Respiratory Team (Mansfield)

(as the patient),

When first started on the Pulmonary Rehab programme I though I was reasonably fit - how wrong I was! ! after 4 weeks I now find I can perform tasks without all the puffing and blowing.

I intend to get back to the gym when I finish this course.

Thank you for your comments. We find Pulmonary Rehabilitation can benefit patients with differing levels of breathlessness and activity, its surprising even if you feel fit, the improvements you can make. Re joining a gym will help maintain the new level of fitness you have worked hard to build up during your time on the Pulmonary Rehabilitation course. Good luck with the rest of your course!
