(as a relative),

I would just like to comment on the fantastic care my aunt has received for the last 4 months at Coathill Hospital Coatbridge [Glenmore Ward]. I would like to say a big thank you to all the Glenmore staff for their outstanding care and professional service they have shown to my aunt since her admission in June of this year. This is reassuring to me and all the family that she is receiving the highest level of care. Once again a big thank you to all the staff.

I will take great pleasure in passing these on to Sister Mccreaddie and her ward team, who will be delighted by your acknowledgment that their care and professionalism is of the highest standard. We constantly strive to improve and enhance our standards of care and it is very rewarding to have such positive feedback.
