(as the patient),

I have been to the children’s outpatients many times before. The waiting room is decorated so well and it doesn’t take too long to see the nurse (weight measure and anything else) and to be seen by the specialist. Everyone is so kind and helpful

It means so much to the staff to hear when they have done a good job and to understand areas that might need changing. We have recently been redecorated and so it is great to here that you liked the new decor! We aim to see everyone with as short a waiting time as possible, and we're pleased that you experienced this.
