"Fantastic care on Harlyn Ward"

My son was admitted for an operation on Harlyn ward, I wanted to report the fantastic level of care he recieved. I can not express just how valuable the pre admission clinic and play specialist service prior to his operation was. He was completely engaged with the help and information that was pitched beautifully. His sister also attended and it unexpectedly help her understand the procedure her brother was about to go through and relieve her concerns too.

Whilst he was an inpatient on Harlyn ward I was struck by what a professional and slick service they run. The staff were all very good , but the Health Care Support Worker was just amazing. The member of staff worked tirelessly all day, never sat down, went about their work happily and when they did get a moment to pause instead of sitting at the desk, they insted chose to play Lego wih the patients! Amazing! Thank you to everyone who helped make our experince as positive and fear free as possible.
