"Mom's visit to A & E , Sandwell Hospital"

About: Sandwell General Hospital

My mom was referred to A&E by her GP. We arrived at 18.00 and by midnight my mom was tucked up in bed on the very impressive AMU A ward.

In these six hours, which sounds a long time, and it was very busy, the care and attention she received was outstanding.We we were never left waiting without someone examining her or reassuring us.

The medical attention she received was brilliant. Couldn't fault anything. What a service! 😊
