Absolute shambles! No communication with waiting patients! Staff nowhere to be found! Babies with head and facial injuries left for hours unseen! 4Hr and over waiting times!Disgusting

There are times when the department is very busy, but we can assure you that all patients are seen and assessed promptly in order to be prioritised. We do aim to keep parents informed of the waiting times, but if staff were not visible they were likely to have been caring for the most urgent cases.
