"Excellent Care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I visited A&E on a busy Friday night after it was suggested by my optician. Although I had to wait just over two hours to be seen and was told I was not an emergency case, the staff were helpful, caring and concerned. I would like to thank the doctor who correctly diagnosed epischeritis and prescribed antibiotic eye ointment which has really helped. The nurse was also very helpful. Many thanks to everyone.
