What I liked

All the Staff were exceptional polite and friendly. The ward seemed clean and I regularly saw cleaners about working diligently.

What could be improved

During my recovery although I had regular observations done every 4 hours, we didn`t see a member of staff between that time. I had to regularly find the staff to ask for extra dressing as my surgical site was still oozing. The staff were run off their feet with other duties it seems rather than basic nursing.
