What I liked

I received exceptional care throughout my treatment within opthamology. As a day case patient and an outpatient clinic user i have been treated with care, dignity and kept informed at all times. The staff are always pleasant and helpful despite workloads.

What could be improved

The environment within clinics needs upgrading and does not need moving to the UHA site. The current site is user freindly for older people and provides parking close to clinics which will not be the case if moved.
