What I liked

From start to finish the care I received was exceptional. I felt very well looked after and cared for throughout my visit by the ward staff, anaesthetist and surgeon, the ward staff in particular all seemed to go the extra mile, without any request to do so - they were attentive, friendly, cheered me up, and made me feel safe, secure and cared for. Having been admitted for an operation that I'd dreaded, I left with very fond memories of my time spent in the hospital.
