"Its the Norm"

On Thursday the 8th, we made our quarterly sojourn to Papworth for my wife's check up in the Thoracic Dept., and despite having been to the hospital on a number of occasions previously , we are still impressed with the way the staff go about their duty in such a caring and professional manner, there appears to be no "hustle & bustle" but just a calm efficiency. So once again, to all staff may we just say "thank you" for the help and consideration you show to us each time we visit. We look forward to seeing you all again in a few months time.
