About: University Hospital Wishaw / Medical Oncology

(as the patient),

Had ten sessions of chemo over six months at Wishaw GH chemo day unit. Staff were brilliant and made you feel at home. Won't name any individual as everyone did their share. Looked forward to my treatment at every appointment. Don't know why folk criticise the NHS. Best free service in the world.

Thank you for taking the time to advise me of your experience while receiving chemotherapy over the last six months in the day unit of Wishaw General. I'm pleased to hear that you were very happy about how your treatment was delivered by the team and everyone involved.

Chemotherapy is a very difficult time for patients so I'm pleased to hear that the staff made you feel at home.

I will make sure that the team is aware of your kind comments and thank you personally for taking the time to let us know.
