After reading a lot of negative reports on the state of the NHS, I would like to submit a review of the exceptional treatment and service I received at Lincoln hospital.

From the initial consultation with my G.P. to being seen at Lincoln hospital Endoscopy Unit was outstanding. My appointments were on time and all paperwork was clear, concise and comprehensive.

I would like to send a special thank you to the doctor and his team who made me feel very relaxed during an intrusive examination. Their approach was very professional. Every stage was carefully explained to me in detail so I knew exactly what was happening.
