"CT department"

I am at my wits end with the CT department.

I have been waiting or an urgent CT to assist diagnosis of possible tumor. First of all my appointment was "pending" on the system for a full 2 weeks then the appointment I was given didnt fall within the 4 weeks time limit, however I got a cancellation call yesterday (9/10) for today (10/10/15) & received a call this morning telling me that all appointments for today & tomorrow were cancelled as scanner was broken! They cant book any appointments at this time and I am constantly left in limbo! This has caused me further stress.

I had recently been in touch with Pals regarding this whole shambles but they are very hard to reach, hardly ever in the office and voicemail always seems to be full.
