"Kind and considerate ITU staff"

My Mom was admitted to Good Hope Hospital last week and although she sadly died I have nothing but praise for all of the staff I came into contact with.
They were kind and considerate and took every opportunity to explain everything to us and make sure we were in agreement with each step they took.
The night staff were fantastic, particularly Mom's nurse who did an amazingly good job, even at 2 in the morning.
