"satisfied patient"

from the time I went till I left the staff I met were brilliant especially the midwives. cleaning staff cleaned whole morning. staff serving food were polite. ward staff maintained dignity at the same time letting me rest with curtains closed and checking up on me. discharged me quickly so I wasn't waiting around wondering what's happening. just one incident put me off. at lunch break all staff were in side rooms no one at the desk and there were visitors buzzing for a while at the entrance some waiting to be let out and others wanting to come. when staff were told one replied we didn't hear it and we were sitting right here, but they were no where near the desk. I guess it's pure luck who you encounter but overall i'm happy with the service.
