I was diagnosed with Cancer in May From the offset the reception was poor always waiting an hour after my appointment but never any communication about waiting times. To top it all I got lots of different appointments when my Breast Team and the Appointments team were giving me different ones. But my Oncologist specialist has turned round after I had to call the Appointments team on Monday to find out when my appointment was for.on Tuesday 6th of October to be told I had missed appointments? I have never received any appointment ever from Oncology. The Oncologist specialistsaid they will investigate this but I want to make sure this does never happen to anybody else. Cancer is enough to think about and I look forward to your response soon.
