I have been a referral from my GP to have an xray done here but on your website it say you don't do xrays,just called to find out if GP has made a mistake or if information is wrong,my call went unanswered for 12 minutes-whilst repeatedly being told" your call will be answered as soon as possible,please continue to hold" then after 12 minutes I am told your call cannot be taken,please call back!
This happened not once but twice,a total of 24 minutes on hold- I don't really think that is acceptable-what if it wasn't just advice I was looking for.
